Pressure Management

Crowder Consulting’s experience in pressure management is in both the reduction of pressure, in order to achieve leakage reduction, and in the monitoring and reporting of pressure, in order to maintain levels of service.

The importance of pressure management is widely recognised and Crowder have undertaken numerous projects, ranging from PRV audits to designing and establishing pressure management schemes. We have developed software tools and processes for analysing the potential for pressure management and determining schemes. Our innovative approach uses the time series data and attributes of the network in addition to hydraulic model analysis. The network as a whole is considered in terms of strategic pressure management and local pressure management at district level.
