Netbase, Crowder’s Water Distribution Management System, is used by Water Utilities worldwide for leakage management, leakage analysis, leakage reporting and leakage targeting. Netbase can also used by Crowder in-house for carrying out leakage consultancy projects Crowder is engaged on.
