At Crowder Consulting we are fully committed to developing all our people effectively in order to achieve our aims and objectives and to improve our performance. We have recently achieved recognition as an Investor in People.
Every employee within the organisation has regular appraisals with regard to their personal training needs and the needs of the organisation. Training needs are identified and development plans established.
Training may take place in-house or be outsourced to either local colleges or specialist training providers. In addition there are two established training schemes within the company. These training schemes are four year training programmes designed to lead our graduate engineers to chartered status (CIWEM and ICE). They are approved by the relevant professional bodies and administered by Professor Richard Burrows of the University of Liverpool.
